ChargingStage Network Rules

(The Dutch version of this document is the leading version in case of interpretation.) 

1. Participation and Profile 

Participation in ChargingStage is open to organisations that play an active role in electric charging infrastructure and the broader transition towards sustainable mobility. 

 Participation includes: 

• Managing your own company profile page on ChargingStage.com 

• Being visible with your specialisations (categories) and areas of application (project domains) 

• Being linked to projects in which your organisation has played or is playing a role 

• Publishing news, articles, whitepapers, and job vacancies 

You actively contribute to a current and reliable network of knowledge and practical insight.

ChargingStage does not organise events as part of the membership. Participation in the network does not include access to events or knowledge sessions organised by ChargingStage itself. 

 However, participants may: 

• Add their own events to the ChargingStage agenda 

• Include a direct link to their own registration page 

 ChargingStage is not responsible for the content, registration process, execution, or any related fees of such events. All rights and responsibilities lie with the organising party. 

3. Access and Accounts 

 Access to the platform is personal. Participating organisations may grant access to multiple employees, provided they actively contribute to the network. 

4. Annual Fee and Invoicing 

• The participation fee for ChargingStage is €2 per day, excluding VAT

• Membership always runs per calendar year

• In January, each participant receives an invoice for the full year, with a payment term of 21 days

• Joining during the year? You will receive an invoice for the remaining days up to 31 December

Cancellation

• You can cancel in writing no later than 1 December of the current year

• No cancellation = automatic renewal with invoicing in January

• Mid-year cancellation is possible, but does not entitle you to a refund

• ChargingStage reserves the right to revise the fee annually, with notification given before 1 November 

5. Content, Moderation and Responsibility

• Participants own the content they publish on ChargingStage

• They explicitly indemnify ChargingStage against any claims, damages or costs arising from their published content

• ChargingStage is not liable for the content, accuracy, or consequences of published contributions Taste and Moderation

ChargingStage reserves the right to:

• Refuse or remove content

• Temporarily or permanently block accounts …if the content is in conflict with good taste, professional standards, or the purpose of the platform.

ChargingStage respects the privacy of its participants and processes all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
